JORDSKOKSUPPE MED FLØDEOST OG RÅ, REVNE GRØNTSAGER
En varmende, silkeblød suppe med sprødt tilbehør.
Ingredienser
200 g skrællede jordskokker
1 pillede bananskalotteløg
2 dl grøntsagsbouillon
1 dl mælk
1 dl piskefløde
1 spsk. Philadelphia flødeost naturel
0.5 spsk. citronsaft
salt og peber
RÅ, REVNE GRØNTSAGER
½ fennikel
2 radiser
1 lilla gulerødder
0.5 stykke broccoli
karse
olivenolie
sherryeddike eller lignende
salt og peber
Tilberedning
- Cut the artichokes and shallots into smaller pieces. Put them in a saucepan with the vegetable broth and bring to a boil under low heat for approx. 10 minutes.
- Add milk, cream and cream cheese, and cook for 10 minutes, or until the jugs are tender.
- Blend the mass in a blender to an even consistency. Season with lemon, salt and pepper. If you think the soup is too thick, it can be diluted with milk to the desired consistency.
- Tear the vegetables thinly and turn them into olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the soup in hot plates and cut the casserole over.
